We loved this excellent value and lovely little hotel and stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was extremely friendly and excellent, quiet atmosphere. A decent size and beautifully decorated room and the bed was comfy. The venue was located in the centre of the city.

Very helpful staff that spoke English well. Room was clean and perfect for my visit. Location of the hotel for a visit to the Christmasmarkt could not be better. City center as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good clean hotel in the city of Nuremberg.

Great location in the inner city of Nurnberg. Small hotel with compact rooms, exactly as you would expect in the location

I booked non-smoking rooms for myself and business colleagues and despite that one them got a room that had clearly been smoked in.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Nuremberg!

My solo trip to Nuremberg was highlighted by comfortable nights and delicious breakfasts, especially smoked salmon! The desk staff happily made taxi reservations for me. An extra pillow would ease comfort further, but the overall experience felt cute and homey. Don't skip the nearby Restaurant Trodelstuben!

The location was excellent. Very good free continental breakfast.

It took a long time for my room to get to a comfortable temperature. Only 1 pillow in room but I did get another when requested from housekeeping. Internet is not free .Limited front desk staff is required to do many things from assisting in breakfast room, answering phones, checking people in and out. Probably spread to thin. Therefore, it takes a little time to get information or check in or out.

Rooms are spacious and well looked after.

I experienced significant discomfort due to the mattress. The lack of air conditioning made the room stuffy, leading to an unpleasant night's sleep during hot weather. Lastly, I was disappointed to discover that the breakfast offerings were quickly depleted, leaving limited options for late arrivals.

The entrance leaves much to be desired, tucked away past an uninviting hall!!! The lack of effective phone reception in the rooms is frustrating, especially for those needing to work!!! Hygiene was questionable with dogs at breakfast!!! Come on!!!
